We have designed our Membership Program with our clients in mind. The prices of our services are staying the same, but by opting into either plan you will be able to continue receiving discounts on supplements and shipping fees, along with new discounts on sessions, complimentary lab reviews, and options for limited or full access to Clinical Support for emails, calls, and texts in-between appointments. Our Membership Program will allow us to be on call to support you fully through your health and wellness journey!
Shipping will be between $3.50 – $7.50, weight depending. Larger packages will be $10-$14+
If you are not enrolled in our Premier or Premier Plus Plans, all lab reviews outside of our testing programs cost $45 per lab review. Our Premier Plan grants you 2 complimentary lab reviews per month, all lab reviews after the allotted 2 will cost $45/lab. Our Premier Plus plan grants you full access to Complimentary Lab Reviews all month.
If you would like Heidi to review your lab before your next appointment with her to incorporate into your protocol, please send the lab within AT LEAST 48 hours before your appointment.
We understand that you may need extra support between your appointments! For those who need an extra boost, our Premier Plan grants you limited access to Clinical Support texts or emails from Heidi (4/month). For those who need a more robust support program, our Premier Plus plan grants you full access to texts, calls and emails. If you are not enrolled in our Premier or Premier Plus Plans, we offer prorated Clinical Support in-between appointments.
No. All lab reviews and in-between support will expire at the end of the month. Your account will be reloaded with 2 complimentary lab reviews and 4 in-between support at the start of your Membership enrollment date every month.
The Premier Plan and Premier Plus Membership Plans last 6 months. We are here to help you achieve your goals with maximum success, and we have found that committing to a 6-month plan helps ensure that we can help you reach your goals!
Yes! You will receive a welcome email containing your codes for supplement discounts if you choose to order your supplements on our online store.
You do not! All of our current clients have been automatically enrolled in our Basic Membership. By opting into the Premier or Premier Plus Plan you will be able to continue receiving discounts on supplements and shipping fees, along with new discounts on sessions, complimentary lab reviews, and options for limited or full access to support emails, calls, and texts from Heidi between appointments.
There is absolutely no cost to update to a Meal Garden, Premier Plan or a Premier Plus Plan.
