6 Group Coaching Conference Calls

Six group coaching calls, occurring Sunday mornings for 6 weeks will walk you through the program step-by-step and week-by-week. The coaching calls are designed to educate group members on the weekly program content, answer questions and coach members through difficult areas. All group coaching sessions are held in strictest confidence. Members get to support each other and feel part of something bigger than themselves.

How the 6-Week Program Works

Each week, Sunday morning, you will be coached on different areas and implement what you learn the following week. You will experience positive changes in your body, weight and energy as each week goes by. Here’s what we will cover in each week of this weight loss coaching program.

Our next program starts Sunday March 24th. Coaching calls are scheduled every week on Sundays at 10am starting the 24th for six consecutive weeks (March 24th, 31, April 7, 14, 21, 28. Calls last for 1.5h to 2h depending on the content and support required by the group. Due to confidentiality, sessions are only partially recorded, it is important to be available Sunday mornings to get the most value out of the trainings.

Week 1

Week 1 is all about awareness and getting ready for your transformation! We will also talk about what to eat and what to avoid and why, as well as ways to start the process of eliminating certain foods from your diet. We will look at the mindset required to succeed in this program.

Week 2

In Week 2, I will start to guide you through meal planning and give you a breakfast meal plan, a lunch meal plan and coach you on planning your evening meals using the nutrition guidelines from week 1. I will also give you some fabulous recipes you can use to get started on transforming the way you eat right away! I will walk you through how to structure your plate and serving sizes to get you familiar with what healthy eating looks like.

Week 3

In week 3, we look at emotional eating and how our feelings, thoughts and beliefs affect our eating habits. We explore food addiction, overeating and the stress and eating behavior connection. I will provide you with tools to overcome emotional eating and coach you in mindful eating.

Week 4

Week 4 is about the mind, self-care and stress reduction. You’ll explore your thought patterns so that you can bring more awareness to your habits to transform the way you think about yourself and food. You will learn how taking care of yourself and practicing stress reduction positively impact all areas of your life including your weight and energy levels. We will look at the importance of creating balance in all areas of life and how that affects your overall success.

Week 5

In week 5, we’ll look at the four most important factors that determine the shape of your body and your longevity score. I will also give you strategies on how to manage these factors to ensure optimal weight loss and a long healthy life.

Week 6

In week 6 we’ll explore the next steps and how to sustain the changes we’ve made so far. We will look at how the brain forms new habits and how we can win at long term changes. We will discuss meal prepping, meal planning, shopping and lifestyle changes to guarantee further success. We’ll also explore how to be compassionate if you fall off the wagon and how to maintain your transformation into the future!

Going further

You have an opportunity to immediately enter our seasonal detox cleanse to take your body through a detoxification protocol to go even further on your path of restoring vitality and balance to your life. This cleanse starts on the same day as we have our last coaching call. On Saturday, the day before our last call, I will be giving a free grocery shopping lab tour to our seasonal detox group and I would like to invite you to join the tour whether you do the cleanse or not. Continuing onto the detox cleanse is a particularly good option if you want to lose more than 12 lbs.
