This simple, yet unprocessed, mix brings together raw nuts like almonds (full of Vitamin E), walnuts (good source of selenium), cashews (known for magnesium content), and hazelnuts (a surprising source of thiamine), not to mention the plump sweetness of raisins. You’ll get a nice crunch with a burst of sweetness in every bite.
Pack this mix into individual packs in Ziplock bags and take them with you to work, school, on errands, or when you’re out being active. They travel well in the purse, in a backpack, and even when camping. I like to take them with me on day hikes, beach trips, and picnics.
